Discovery Session
This session is used to determine if professional coaching via Hope Byus Coaching LLC is the right option for you. During this mutual interview, we will explore your expectations, reasoning, and level of motivation to achieve your breakthrough. The session includes a first-look into areas such as:
- Your desired outcome(s) from coaching
- Your past experience with coaching
- Your level of motivation when it comes to change
- Your timeframe for realizing growth and achieving your goal(s)
- Your challenges that are keeping you from your desired outcome(s)
During the session, we will also decide how to best proceed. Hope Byus Coaching has many coaching packages ranging from one-time sessions to six session packages and can meet most any need for ongoing coaching sessions. As a part of securing the discovery session, a short survey is required to assist in the best use of time during your session.
