In this 12 week container, we start with whatever is most pressing, but it leaves room to explore all the areas of life where struggles come up. Often, the initial work we do will be applicable in other arenas and your whole experience will feel the upgrade.
The bread and butter of this offer comes in the form of powerful, weekly coaching calls, where you meet memories and emotions that can communicate your own
underlying truths. You recognize old patterns and close doors on unhelpful beliefs.
You learn tools to use throughout the week.
We set goals and create habits for accountability from week to week.
Additionally, I offer 24/7 access to video, audio, or text messaging to process situations as they arise.
