If you don’t need to work on mindset shifts, but simply struggle with executive function, this is the track for you. Meet weekly to get clarity on goals, create a breakdown from long term to short term, plan out action steps, and receive gentle, non-shaming accountability. 
When you find yourself stuck, you’ll have the option to receive some specific coaching on those invisible blocks.

Boundaries Workshop
There’s  a lot of information about boundaries that sound like you have to be  angry in order to stand up for yourself, that you have to get it right the first time and you have to be if that sounds exhausting, allow me to offer a new look at boundaries without all that pressure. 
How to Respond to Confrontation
Conflicts feel scary to our nervous system because we’re not sure if we’re safe. Unfortunately, we often don’t go far enough into working something out to discover whether it’s a surface level problem or a deep conflict of values. 

Here we will learn some strategies for getting to the bottom of it while creating safety for ourselves and for others. 
Quieting ADHD Overwhelm
ADHD Overwhelm shows up very differently than the concept of overwhelm in a typical brain. 
In fact, typical advice, such as “write it all down, prioritize, and then  check it off the list,” can actually be counterproductive to a neurodivergent brain. 
ADHD Overwhelm has been described as: 
“Debilitating/brain fog/paralyzing/debilitating.” 
There’s no exact “strategy” to put this experience in perfect order; HOWEVER! There are some major frameworks to 
1. Trust yourself deeply.
2. Stay in the moment. 
3. Be productive without burnout.
4. Tend to your nervous system.
5. Celebrate your accomplishments. 
Mini Session: Pleasure and Dating
Make a tangible change in how you show up to dating, or make a shift toward an increased experience of pleasure. 
Both of these areas are affected by neurodivergence and the specific ways our brains are wired. 
They are also affected by things like family of origin, religious upbringings, and the role of gender in your family. 
Your ability to know and ask for what you want, Your self confidence, and your mind body connection also play a role in romance. 
In this single session, we’ll tackle one specific issue to shift how you show up for yourself in relationship.
