This eight week program will take you step by step through The Monarch & The Manager.
I'll be there to guide you through creating your customized plan to connect your goals and actions, and provide support and encouragement as you implement your plan.
Each week we will meet for an hour of learning, sharing, and support.

- Week 1: Overview of complete program, get to know your Monarch and your Manager, learn how to handle and support them.
- Week 2: Go through the insights you've gained, pick the best tools for you, and craft your plan.
- Weeks 3-8: Implement plan, review and refine the process, and celebrate your successes.
1-1 Coaching clients receive eight hours of private support.
They can be scheduled week days, from 10:00 am to 7:00pm
