Starting in May, we will meet for 8 weeks on: TBA

The sessions will run for 90 minutes.

Participants will receive individual coaching from Dr. Tarakali in the presence of the group; weekly topics will reflect participant responses to the registration questions.

Sessions include:

*Check-ins, mini-lectures & discussions about that week's topic;
*1-3 somatic practices relevant to the topic;
*Dr. Tarakali coaching at least one participant.

We will establish group agreements for respectful/safer communication & interaction & cultivate a mutually supportive environment of healing & transformation. 

Maximum of 8-10 participants.

A commitment to all 8 sessions is required.
