This package includes
- 30-60 min group coaching appt (depends on # of participants)
- 1 session/first Friday of each month
- must sign up to get notification of group meeting and zoom link
- agreement to hold confidential whatever is brought to the session
- raise your hand to be coached (optional, you can just listen)
- camera/speaker on is optional
- may temporarily change your Zoom name if you prefer anonymity
