I REALLY value our session recaps. It often takes me a lot of time to arrive at a learning and it's super helpful to be able to go back and reference exercises or mindsets that help me make progress on my goals. I've begun to compile those learnings and insights we cover in a running google doc for me to reference over time and will also print out key reminders to put on my wall.
