There were a few times I felt incredibly overwhelmed and completely burnt out as a single mother, working multiple jobs, trying to navigate solutions to time management, and trying to get down the what is most important to me specifically- and how to do all of this based on my own values. Michaela is great at breaking things down, and identifying needs that you don't even consider in the process! Her out of the box thinking has this incredible ability to simplify very complex things to ease your mind and come up with a plan. Michaela is great and untangling what you may feel is impossible, and you will leave her side feeling ready and HUMAN. I often feel like a machine of responsibility, and she has a way to humanize life and solutions! I definitely recommend her for any of your struggles!

My spouse and I have been using Gaffen Stone coaching for nearly 4 years now. Anytime we feel stuck in a rut, we just make a call and schedule a session. Michaela is friendly, personable, and extremely skilled at helping you figure out what YOU really want/need from any given situation.

Michaela is an extraordinary coach. She listens truly without judgment and her world traveling makes her so open to new ideas but also compassionate about some of the harsh realities of life. Spending time in conversation with her completely changed my outlook on a very tough situation. Her prep before an important call made all the difference. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again.

I would like to pass along my experience with and recommendation for Michaela Gaffen Stone who has been my Wildfit coach in the Worldwide Challenge.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Michaela for about a decade now, and on several occasions I have reached out to her to help me see my blind spots and reason through some challenges I was facing. She has a deep well of experience, training, and knowledge in a broad spectrum of topics and a way of sharing those things that sits well with me and always leaves me better after a conversation with her.
When she announced that she was working toward her certification as a Wildfit coach and needed a pilot cohort, I was excited to have the opportunity to participate, so I do approach this topic with a bias. That being said, Michaela has done a wonderful job.
From the beginning she has been available and accomodating. After using surveys to find the best possible options, she set up two different call times for her clients across the globe so that everyone would have a fairly convenient time to check in with her and the tribe. Unfortunately, I work a varied shift from 2pm to 2am which occasionally prohibits my participating in either of the calls, but she is easy to schedule time with on the days when I am able to call for check in and to ask questions. Also, when I have reached out with messages, she has always responded quickly with a solid answer or let me know she would reach out and see what she could find out.
Michaela also uses her years of experience in behavioral health to inform her interactions with and provide insight to those of us who are in our group, and this is infinitely helpful. Honestly, it is THE reason I decided to participate in the worldwide challenge. Because I had had the pleasure of working with her before, I knew this aspect of her coaching would be a game changer. She is able to help us quickly dig to the root of an issue either while on a call or with a series of “homework” assignments over the coming days.
In our Facebook group, she contributes information daily via videos or articles that underline the week’s changes and why they are worthwhile changes to make, and she reads each post and comment to provide what is needed, be it cheerleading, gentle encouragement, or facts.
While Michaela is an enthusiastic coach, her energy is calm and open rather than effervescent, and although I understand why some people need effervescent, I am infinitely more drawn to and appreciative of Michaela’s approach. I am certainly glad, though, that there are other coaches who lean into their bubbles!
