The purpose of this discovery consultation is to help you decide if professional coaching or one of our other services, will help you achieve your goals. At our first meeting our goal is to deeply understand your explicit need, how it shows up, the implications, the broader context and strategies you have previously explored or implemented.

You will be able to ask questions about our Coaching and Leadership Development Framework and How We Work. At the end of this session you will be able to articulate "what great looks like" for yourself or your team. You will come away from this session feeling empowered and with some ideas about your ideal 'next steps.'

All consultations are conducted via virtual Zoom meetings, unless otherwise requested. Additional fees may be incurred for travel costs to attend face-to-face meetings outside of NSW.
