✿ Monthly sessions, with durations of 90 minutes each, available in 3, 6, or 12 session packages.
Tailored to support clients who are already well-established in their coaching journey, this program offers reflection, check-ins, and accountability as they make progress towards their goals.
Recognizing that some goals may require longer periods to manifest noticeable changes, these programs aim to provide consistent support over time, maintaining clients' momentum on their journey.
