Program Overview
Meet with a Workers' Advocate who will work with you to review your file and help you navigate the system with the goal of assisting you in establishing your claim or filing a liability/personal injury suit. 

Based on your needs, your Advocate may conduct medical records and other documentation review, refer you to medical and behavioral health providers that offer testing to validate and document your work-related issues, or refer to you to an attorney.

Our Advocates are here to assist you with your efforts to complete the process, however, this will be a team effort and your success will depend on your preparation and follow through. 

Anticipate a minimum of 1-2 sessions, however, more may be helpful if you are struggling.

Medical Records Reviews:
Upload the records you want reviewed.
Pricing: $100/hour for up to 200 pages/hour.
