I had some really bad sleep habits before. I would go to bed really late like 3am and sleep till late. I started changing that a little before wildfit, but actually in the process of the challenge I completely shifted to much more healthy time of going to bed. I also don't need more than 7h a night most days and I sleep so much better. I stopped waking up in the middle of the night which used to happen all the time for no good reason.
You are awesome! I love your attention to each person in the group, your determination to get us information that we need as soon as you can and your sense of humor! Also it really helps that you are honest and sincere about your own journey and it feels great because you are in it with us. Thank you!!!

I made tremendous progress and felt free from food for the first time in years. I lost weight and inches, gained mental clarity, and even had to reduce my thyroid medication for my Hashimoto's!
I am most proud of the fact I can I can have some of the things I enjoy occasionally without feeling like I'll keep having them. I'm listening to my body in a way I haven't before, and it feels really good. I feel very empowered.
I think you did a great job. You always ask great questions, give good insights, and are honest about what may be happening. The support was an essential part of the program and I especially appreciated your patience as I had a few of my rants throughout.
