Is this coaching or therapy?
This is a coaching-based strategy session, not therapy or crisis support. While the conversation may feel deep and insightful, it is focused on awareness, strategy, and forward movement.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay for coaching sessions?
At this time, HSA/FSA cards are typically approved only for medical or therapeutic services.
