In subsequent sessions we'll check in on your progress, refine your approach, and build in resiliency so the change you're making can stick even when your situation changes.
In the final session, we'll observe your progress toward your goal, wrap up any loose ends, and you can decide whether you still have work to do.
For breaking very entrenched habits, or building resilient habits in an unstructured or spontaneous life, this month will just be enough to get you started and give you a primer in the theory of habits. In those situations, most people need longer term accountability and the option to troubleshoot and tweak the approach when situations change. If this is you, you'll have the option to continue with more weekly work or a special hidden package I've developed for established clients who just need an occasional boost.

The last session in any targeted package will include a check-in to see your progress. If you want to work on another goal, or do more work on the same goal, you can always purchase another package or switch to an ongoing collaboration plan. Ongoing plans offer my lowest regular rates!
