About This Session
A LEGO® Serious Play® coaching session offers a creative, reflective way to explore what you’re navigating. Using LEGO® bricks, you’ll build a model that represents what you’re thinking about or experiencing in this season of life. As you tell the story behind your build, we’ll move into a coaching conversation that helps you reflect, gain clarity, and uncover meaningful next steps.
This process engages both your mind and your hands, helping you see your situation in a new light and giving you a tangible reminder of your insight and growth. You don’t need to be artistic or creative. You simply need to be curious.
What to Expect From the LEGO® Coaching Process
Your session begins with a simple warm-up build to help you get comfortable with the process. From there, we will explore your topic using guided LEGO® Serious Play® techniques and reflective coaching.
As we build and talk, you will:
- Connect with your thoughts, emotions, and intuition in a fresh way
- Notice patterns or beliefs that may not surface through words alone
- Gain clarity about what truly matters right now
- See your situation from new angles
- Identify meaningful next steps
We will conclude by gathering insights from your build and your reflection, so you leave with clarity and a visual reminder of your learning.

What if I’m not creative or don’t like building with LEGO® bricks?
You’re not alone! Many women have asked this question. This isn’t about building fancy models or being artistic. LEGO® Serious Play® is a guided process that helps you think with your hands. You’ll use the bricks to represent ideas and experiences, not to build perfect creations. Most people are surprised by how quickly they relax and start having fun.
Where do we meet for coaching calls?
1:1 coaching calls are held via Zoom, telephone call, or FaceTime. Team and group coaching calls are held via Zoom. You'll receive instructions on how to connect once your payment is completed.
I’m neurodivergent / highly sensitive. Will this space work for me?
Absolutely. LEGO® Serious Play® is often a powerful experience for neurodivergent women, highly sensitive women, and anyone who processes information more deeply or differently.
Because this method invites you to think with your hands, it often bypasses the pressure of finding the “right words” and instead gives your thoughts and emotions a visual, tangible form. Many neurodivergent clients find that building helps them slow down, focus, regulate their nervous system, and surface insights that feel difficult to express verbally.

You are welcome to bring your full self—your energy, sensory needs, pacing preferences, and unique ways of thinking. The session moves at a pace that honors your wiring, and there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. You can explore, build, pause, or reset as needed.
LEGO® Serious Play® offers a calm, creative path to clarity, making it a supportive option for those who thrive with hands-on reflection or alternative ways of processing.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To honor both, here’s what you can expect:
- Refunds: I do not offer refunds for coaching sessions.
- Cancellations: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before our scheduled time. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are subject to forfeiting the session fee.
- Late arrivals: If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without contacting me, the session will be canceled and considered forfeited.
- Expiration: All purchased sessions must be booked within one year of purchase. Any remaining sessions not used within that time will expire.
What are your qualifications?
Partnering with people in the process of change is a sacred stewardship. Thus, my ongoing education and preparation will never be done. You can see a condensed list of my current qualifications here. But rest assured, the learning never ends.
