Coaching is a partnership in which I work with clients to co-create a space where they can explore their thoughts and beliefs and decide what they want to do with their new awareness or learning.
What to Expect From Me
- A reflective, judgment-free, unhurried atmosphere
- Deep listening and attunement to what emerges moment by moment
- Gentle questions that help you explore what’s beneath the surface
- Space to be honest, playful, and curious—like a sandbox where you can try things, reset, and start again
- Compassionate focus on your values, strengths, energy, and lived experience
- Support in untangling the jumble so clarity can rise to the surface
Together, we co-create the coaching conversation. You bring your lived experience, ideas, and questions. I bring presence, curiosity, and a grounded space for us to think together.
What to Expect From the Coaching Conversation
As we talk, you will:
- Notice patterns in your thinking, beliefs, and motivations
- Connect with what you value and what feels life-giving
- Gain clarity about what truly matters right now
We will conclude by returning to your original goal, gathering the insights that surfaced, and naming the next step that feels doable, aligned, and meaningful.
What Makes My Coaching Unique
You can expect:
- Hands-on, experiential tools like LEGO® Serious Play® that make insight tangible
- A faith-centered, neurodiversity-informed approach that honors your wiring
- A calm, reflective process designed to help you listen differently
- A framework that builds self-trust rather than dependence on a coach
- Space to experiment, notice patterns, and choose actions that feel sustainable
- A coaching philosophy rooted in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practice
This is not a one-size-fits-all model. It’s a spacious, individualized approach that helps you reconnect with what matters, trust what you notice, and take aligned, life-giving steps forward.

Testimonials
Working with Crystal brought the fresh perspective I needed during a season of significant life changes. Coaching helped me focus on what truly mattered, rather than getting lost in the small details. One simple but powerful shift—committing to my daily three—has helped me feel more accomplished and stable. Even when a day doesn’t go as planned, I know I’ve had a win.
- Melissa K.
Crystal has this way of asking questions that makes you look deep inside yourself and try to understand yourself even more. The most beneficial part for me was how she helped me look at different parts of myself deeply. I now have a clearer picture of what I truly want, and I’m better at setting realistic expectations for this season of motherhood I’m in.
- Tiffanie S.
I finally feel at peace with who I am. I’m not broken. Crystal helped me explore my options in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. She helped me recognize my multi-passionate nature as a strength and guided me to realistic strategies that fit my capacity. Coaching with Crystal was exactly what I needed to move forward without sacrificing parts of myself.

Where do we meet for coaching calls?
What is the difference in individual, group, and team coaching?
Group Coaching brings together individuals who may not work on the same team but share common goals, roles, or experiences. The coach facilitates conversations that promote reflection, connection, and growth for individuals in the group. Participants benefit from shared insights and mutual support while working toward their individual goals. The process creates a sense of community, expands perspective, and encourages accountability through group interaction.
Team Coaching involves working with a group of people, usually within the same organization. The coach helps the team improve communication, collaboration, and overall performance. The focus is on group dynamics, team roles, and collective goals, aiming to enhance how the team functions together.
I’m neurodivergent / highly sensitive. Will this space work for me?
You’re welcome to bring your full self here. Your unique energy, sensory needs, and ways of thinking.
Because my approach is neurodiversity-informed and strengths-based, you’ll find that sessions move at a pace that works for you. Together, we’ll create a coaching rhythm that feels safe, sustainable, and life-giving.
