In our session, as you drop into your physical body, you will be able to learn from the messages and wisdom awaiting you. You will transmute the raw, uncomfortable and even painful emotions in your body into something more refined, productive and empowering.
You will leave the session feeling lighter, with more clarity and a stronger emotional muscle (capacity). In other words, each time you "flex" your emotional muscles, you are better able to lean into discomfort, gain an increased tolerance for feeling your emotions and subsequently to metabolize and work through them.
