What happens in the sessions?
Each session is a confidential conversation focused on you — your goals, challenges, and insights. Sometimes we’ll use exercises or tools to deepen reflection or spark new ideas, but the process is always tailored to you. My role is to help you see possibilities, create structure, and move forward with confidence.
Do I need to know my goals before we start?
Not at all. Some clients come in with a clear goal, others simply know they want something to shift. We’ll clarify your focus in the first session and revisit it as we go — often, the real goal emerges naturally through the process.
How often are the sessions?
RESET includes six 60-minute sessions over three months, usually spaced two weeks apart. This allows time for reflection and action between sessions, while maintaining steady momentum.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens! You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. The package is designed to be flexible — we’ll find a rhythm that works for you within the three-month window.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most clients report feeling more focused, grounded, and energised — with greater self-awareness, clarity of direction, and confidence in taking action. While results vary, the process is designed to help you make progress that feels meaningful and sustainable.
What’s the difference between RESET and your other packages?
RESET is a focused three-month commitment, perfect if you’re ready to take action but not sure where to begin. My longer packages (like Rise or Regenerate) go deeper into integration, long-term change, or major life transitions.
Can I continue coaching after the six sessions?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to continue with a new package or move to a maintenance rhythm of monthly sessions. We’ll discuss what feels right for you in our final session.

During our Discovery Call, we’ll explore the areas you’d like to focus on throughout the three-month RESET package. Each client’s journey is unique, but the outline below gives a sense of how our sessions may flow.

Session 1 — Clarify and Map the Path Ahead
We begin by delving deeper into what you want to create or change in your life. Together, we’ll explore your goals, values, and motivations, mapping out clear objectives and identifying potential hurdles. By the end of this session, we’ll have a shared sense of direction — a roadmap for our work together that remains flexible as your insights evolve.

Sessions 2–3 — Explore the Present and Envision the Future
These sessions focus on your current reality and the outcomes you want to achieve. We’ll identify what’s supporting you, what might be holding you back, and experiment with strategies and new perspectives to move forward. This is often where shifts in awareness and energy begin to happen.

Sessions 4–5 — Put Change into Motion
We build momentum, noticing where the goals are starting to take shape in real life. You’ll start applying new habits, tools, or ways of thinking, supported by reflection and feedback. We keep refining your approach as confidence and clarity grow.

Session 6 — Review and Renew
We take time to reflect on how far you’ve come, recognising the growth and progress made. Together we’ll consolidate insights, celebrate wins, and set intentions for what comes next — ensuring you leave the program with a clear sense of momentum and self-trust.
